History
During the 1950's many artist came about as well as architects. Some of the most famous and common artist from this time include: John T. Biggers, Henry Clay Anderson, and Romare Bearden. As for the architects, who could forget the eminent William Levitt who built small suburban community's for returning servicemen, in which he called Levitton. Art influenced the 1950's by expressing passion, creativity, and imagination, while architects like William Levitt displayed intellect and skill.
